Making MS Word your default Email Editor
1. In Outlook click on the “Tools” option at the top and then select the “Options” option.
2. Next select the “Mail Format” tab which will and make sure that the “Use Microsoft Word to edit 3-mail messages” is checked.
3. If it is checked then I don’t have a clue. You might want to turn your computer off and then on again.
4. Click OK after checking the box.
